Glazed curds with raspberries
Glazed curd bars with raspberriesis a recipe.
- 50 gr chocolate 75-80%;
- 150 grams of cottage cheese 9%;
- 50 grams of softened butter;
- 1 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
- Fresh raspberry.
Chocolate is melted in a water bath. Using a brush, grease the silicone tins with a thin layer of chocolate. We remove the molds in the freezer for 3-4 minutes.
Pound the curd with powder and butter.
We take out the molds from the freezer, fill 1/3 with cottage cheese mass, put several raspberry berries in the center, fill it with cottage cheese until the end. Top grease with cottage cheese melted chocolate and refrigerate before serving.
