Cooking nutty pie

You will need
  • For the test:
  • - 215 g of flour;
  • - 125 g butter;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of ice water.
  • To fill:
  • - 250 g pecan nuts or walnuts;
  • - 100 g of brown sugar;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 2/3 cup corn syrup;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Chopped butter cut into pieces, grind with flour to the state of crumbs. Add ice water, quickly knead the dough. Thinly roll it, put it into the form, going beyond the walls and edges of the form. Cut off excess dough with a knife.
Form the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough trims between the baking sheets to a thickness of 0.2 mm. On the test, mark the ornaments for the unit - strips, asterisks or hearts. Clean the fridge sheets.
Remove the form with the dough from the refrigerator, chop with a fork, bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until light browning.
Prepare a delicious fill for the nut share: beat the eggs with sugar, add the corn syrup, continuing to beat the mixture. Add vanilla essence, salt and butter, whisk again.
Remove the pancake from the oven, cool slightly, spread the pecans or walnuts on the surface of the dough, pour the filling evenly on top. Lay out the dough trimmings on top. Return the mold to the oven for 40-45 minutes again (the temperature is the same).
Remove the finished walnut pie from the oven, cool, generously sprinkle with powdered sugar.
