A selection of salads for slim figure

Vegetables contain enough vitamins and minerals, so fitness salads with vegetables are a great way to switch to proper nutrition and turn even the strictest diet into a pleasant and easy exercise.

1. Light puff salad

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • cucumber - 1 pc
  • chicken breast - 1 pc
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • egg - 2 pieces
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Cooking:

1. Wipe the cucumber on a grater, boil and cut into pieces chicken breast.

2. Peel the tomato and cut into pieces.

3. Boil eggs and chop the whites and yolks separately.

4. Put the ingredients in a glass in layers.

5. Add butter and lemon juice to cucumbers and tomatoes.

2. Light salad with chicken, carrots and green peas

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 250 gr
  • canned green peas - 100 gr
  • carrot - 100 gr
  • natural yoghurt - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. Remove chicken breast, carrot and cut into cubes.

2. Add 100 grams of green peas, yogurt and salt to taste. Stir.

3French salad layered

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple
  • 100 gr carrots
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 50 gr low-fat cheese
  • garlic clove

Cooking:

1. Grate a carrot, an apple (without skin), a boiled egg and cheese. Crush the garlic.

2. Slice the onions, scald with boiling water, dip into cold water for a couple of minutes and let the water drain.

3. Put a salad in layers: onion, apple, egg, carrot with garlic and cheese.

4. Salad can be filled with a tablespoon of kefir or yogurt.

4. Light salad with chicken, carrots and green peas

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 250 gr
  • canned green peas - 100 gr
  • carrot - 100 gr
  • natural yoghurt - 3-4 st.lozhek
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. Remove the chicken breast with carrots and cut into cubes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

5. Quick salad with chicken and cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 100 g chicken fillet
  • 150 g white cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • natural yoghurt - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

Cooking:

1. Take chicken fillet and cut into cubes.

2. Finely chop the cabbage.

3. Cut the cucumber into cubes.

4. Mix all ingredients and season with yogurt.
